Hobbit SBG - A Starter Battle

Sun Mar 03, 2013 10:09 pm

This week I managed to persuade my son to finally play a game of The Hobbit SBG. It was roughly 750 points each with me leading Gothmog and 3 warbands of Morannon orc against the Army of Arnor, using the new Hobbit SBG rule from Games Workshop.

It's an old CD - covered in PVA glue, coarse sand and the trap door. It works well as an objective as the size of the disc is ideal to show where is covered. My next battle report (played today) has 5 such markers...
