Awesome! Love the coifs and the way you put those magnets to great use! :) I also like the helm with sash, looks very fitting actually. Will the King also get scale mail on his breast?
I also really like the scale on the Chieftain! Worked out great, and seems very fitting. The different hands are also very nice.
Keep up the great work! I'm looking forward to seeing them across the table.

I also really like how the leg armour very much resembles the Haradrim Guard leg armour, but is still slightly different. :) It gives the model a nice personal touch.

The detail you can get is amazing, how do you do it? :P I'm planning on scultping a numenorian captain from scratch, any advice?

Wow its holding a scale sword with a scale on its breast, although it would be better if there are some soldiers near him.. Good sculpting, perfect.

It's very impressive work. I just went through a dozen pages of this thread, and am almost tempted to try some of these conversions myself.
