It looks great. May I inquire as to the scheme for the cloth? I've been trying to recreate so similar shades myself and am interested in how you got yours.

I approached the Barrow Wights as being suits of armour that are being "worn" by ghosts or spirits.

For the silver areas of the armour, I basecoated with Boltgun metal, then shaded it with several coats of Badab Black. I then highlighted it with chainmail, but used a final wash to dull down the highlight as it looked a little too stark for my liking.

For the Gold, I basecoated with Shining Gold, then washed it with badab black, thraka green, and devlan mud in that order. I layered on burnished onto the raised areas, then used a highlight of a 1:1 mix of shining gold and mitril silver (or thereabouts).

For the "ghost" areas of the model, I basecoated with shadow grey, layered on codex grey then fortress grey onto the raised areas, then used a liberal wash of leviathan purple into the recesses. Finally, I layered fortress grey onto the raised areas.

And the eyes were painted Lyandan Darksun.

Thanks Sith. I should probably mention, I was following GW's guide for painting the Army of the Dead on their website, but with a few modifications (like using a purple wash instead of green).

Updated with one new model (Captain of Minas Tirith) and old models. From now on all photo's will be added to the 1st post - its easier to find the pictures that way.

Updated with King Arvedui, still WIP but 90% completed. Still need to complete the base, highlight the sword blade and do the gold stars and white wreath details on the armour.
