Great idea making your own Sled for Rad. Looks cool.

As for painting C&C, Well you can use improvement (we all can). One tip I can part with is that making a model look good is not in painting great, it is fixing all the mistakes. A lot of my models go through many stages of sloppy mess of basecoats, various shades overlapping before they have been blended, layers too bright before being edged back, and even the actual occasional mistake of paint in the wrong spot. Another tip, always research what you are painting. I don't mean just another painted model either. If you are painting rangers, look at leaves, look at forest colors and pictures and decide for yourself how one would dress for that. Then look at model pictures of the subject and see how others have tackled it, contact them if you can to ask about colors. I always take a few minutes to get an understanding of what I am about to paint, it will help you if you ever branch away from GW and won't always have a picture of the model to refer too.
So, what you have going is a solid start, I think moving forward you should start working on defining your color separation more. So you can see clear end of the green cloth and the armor begins. The highlighting you have started is ok, legolas looks more complete but also looks rush drybrushed. Tariel the edges seem too bright which can be fixed or tweaked.
Don't take any of this personal, I have never been a person to patronize which actually doesn't help improve our hobbyists. I am just trying to help.
