Thanks Matt, just a bit of fun really and she loves it.

After my "signet" knight it was time to crack on with some real swan knights on foot and I also wanted to try a custom freehand banner for the first time too. The standard one was a rather boring looking metal flag, so I cut that away and replaced the flag pole with some brass rod... replaced the swan topper and then set about trying to make paper look like fabric..... turns out it's really difficult.

I decided the best thing to do was to paint the basic design on the flag first, then attach it to the model, position as required and then shade and highlight.

Here's how the end result turned out.... I'm pretty happy with it, although I would have like more of the design to have been visible, but not to worry
