not much of an update. Walkthrough. I am still working on GoblinTown scenery, some goblins (moria, Gundabad and hobbit ones). And have to make some temp molds for bone debris.
This is my Scenery piece, so many poeple would do thiers differently, would spend less or more time on it, whatever, I just hope to share in what I have made and see what others have done. I also may have to change how everything is set up, I can set it up in many different ways including taking pieces away, right now it is a bit tight and confusing in a match with all the ways to a spot and places to jump down safe or climb up.

I built much of this before I saw the Movie. I decided I could add these to my Moria set. I built the back drop so that it would fit a storage box.

I added the plastic parts to the set. I have some ideas for improvements but Have not done much else. I will add some of the details I found here among these great post.

One of the new improvements I intend to make is to cut the pine bark bases at extreme angles so that they will look more like the movie I will have to pin the pine bark to bases with dowel rod but that will make the whole thing more structurally sound. I will also drill hole in the wood dowels to match the plastic poles so that I can extend the height of some of the short parts.

This will help me construct a more dramatic Gobin Kings Platform

I realized as I reviewed my post, I did not explain very well what I built.
I made one inch ,two inch, three inch and four inch risers for the duck walks. I also built a back drop from pine bark. I cut all of the risers square. I will make some new back drops and risers at severe angles so that the rock faces will look more like the concept drawings from The Chronicles.
