Goblin Scribe and breaking point

Tue Jan 28, 2014 4:30 pm

If i start a game with 30 Gobs and after a few turns get 10 reinforcements from my scribe, seeing as the new units do not count toward my break limit, would my breaking point be when i have 15 Gobs left or after 15 Gobs have died??

Whatever the Goblin scribe does is irrelevant: the break point is determined beforehand from the armylist (so 15), and a force is broken when the amount of casualties exceeds that point, so any models gained during the game for whatever reason don't matter (unless they spawn in a vulnerable position and die quickly, which would have you reach the point even faster than otherwise may have been the case...).

Yeah that is the risk you take with the Goblin scribe so that he is not broken. Just make sure you stop summoning them when your about to break since the new ones will not have a leader around to standfast them most of the time.
